About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal as we transition from legacy desktop tools to modern web-native experiences that will redefine how engineers model, analyze, and optimize complex systems globally. As a Senior UX/UI Designer & Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and front-end architecture of our next-generation engineering tools.

What You'll Do

• Lead the UX vision for web-based engineering tools, ensuring intuitive and efficient interfaces.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and establish design standards to enhance user-centric evolution across products.
• Implement high-performance UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, developing reusable component libraries.
• Mentor junior developers and influence tech stack decisions for long-term scalability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for complex software applications.
• Strong interaction design principles and hands-on experience with modern web development technologies.
• Expertise in using design tools such as Figma for prototyping and wireframing.
• Experience in mentoring and leading teams in a collaborative environment.
• Desirable: Familiarity with Electron or hybrid frameworks, and experience in developing design systems.

Nice to Have

• Technical or enterprise domain experience.
• Experience working with specialist users and conducting user research.
• Knowledge of complex domain applications.
