Senior Product Manager - Financial & Accounting Platform

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our Financial & Accounting Platform at Cloudbeds, a fully remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our accounting systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse clientele across the globe. As a Senior Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team dedicated to transforming the hospitality industry.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy and execution of financial operations and accounting products within the Cloudbeds platform.
• Lead accounting integrations from end to end, focusing on platform extensibility and an excellent developer experience.
• Drive user discovery to understand workflows, constraints, and pain points.
• Translate business and customer needs into detailed product requirements.
• Use data to validate hypotheses and justify product decisions.
• Define success metrics and track progress throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and integration partners to deliver world-class products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with SaaS products in finance, accounting, or high-trust systems.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with fully remote, international teams.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Strong critical and analytical skills to solve real customer problems.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI thoughtfully as a force multiplier.
• A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Knowledge of hospitality-specific accounting software ecosystems.
• Experience building PMS, ERP, or accounting products.
• Experience working with compliance, audit, or regional accounting requirements.
