Automation Tester - Remote Role for Enterprise-Grade Payment Gateway

About the Role

We are hiring an Automation Tester to join our dynamic team at Connect Digital. This remote Automation Tester position will allow you to work on an enterprise-grade payment gateway, contributing to high-security financial systems. You'll be part of a cross-functional Scrum team, focusing on designing, implementing, and executing automated tests across APIs, integrations, and backend services within a Microsoft-based environment.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for APIs, integrations, and backend services.
• Develop and maintain reusable test frameworks using Microsoft technologies.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate payment flows to ensure quality and security.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Scrum teams to enhance product quality.
• Contribute to quality practices across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as SpecFlow, Selenium, RestSharp, or Postman/Newman.
• Proficiency in C# for automated testing.
• Solid experience with API testing (REST, JSON).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial systems testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with distributed systems.
