Math Competition Product Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Math Competition Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our elementary math competition programs (Grades 1–5) in a remote capacity. As a Math Competition Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of math education by creating engaging competition experiences that resonate with U.S. parents.

What You'll Do

• Analyze trends and registration cycles for elementary math competitions such as Math Kangaroo and AMC 8.
• Translate complex competition data into relatable content for parents, including prep guides and webinars.
• Package insights into various formats for growth channels, enhancing community engagement.
• Oversee community operations across platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook, ensuring a supportive environment for parents.
• Design and optimize the conversion path from competition registration to long-term course enrollment.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to align competition-prep products with core educational goals.
• Conduct performance reviews to continuously improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM, Education, or Marketing.
• Working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to empathize with North American families.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• 1-2 years of experience in education or project operations.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the U.S. K–12 education landscape.
• Experience in event planning and enrollment conversion.
