Senior Product Manager - AI-Powered Emergency Call Center Solutions

About the Role

IDR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This Senior Product Manager role focuses on developing AI-powered solutions designed to enhance emergency call center operations, offering the chance to work on mission-critical SaaS products that impact public safety outcomes. As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agent Assistance capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Deliver AI-driven features that support real-time workflows for call takers and frontline agents.
• Maintain an outcome-based roadmap (Now / Next / Later) aligned to business value and customer impact.
• Drive initiatives through full Product Lifecycle Management stages from concept to launch.
• Create and maintain key artifacts including PRDs, business cases, and release readiness documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or mission-critical environments.
• Proven track record owning complex, user-facing products from concept through launch.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience building business cases, including market analysis, ROI projections, and compliance considerations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven products, workflows, or decision-support systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in emergency services or public safety sectors.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in emergency response systems.
• Understanding of user experience design principles.
