Senior UiPath Developer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UiPath Developer to join our innovative team at AUMOVIO. This remote position offers the opportunity to shape the future of mobility through advanced automation solutions. As a Senior UiPath Developer, you will design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automations, ensuring they adhere to best practices and internal development standards.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement robust automation solutions using UiPath, translating business requirements into functional workflows.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality automation solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Process SMEs to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Build reusable components and frameworks to streamline development processes.
• Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring within automations to enhance reliability.
• Optimize existing automations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support the migration of automations across different environments and troubleshoot production issues.
• Contribute to the global RPA strategy and participate in design discussions and best-practice development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath development, including REFramework, Orchestrator, Libraries, Queues, and Triggers.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, and Python within UiPath workflows.
• Familiarity with Process Mining, Document Understanding, or Action Center is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• UiPath certifications such as UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) are highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation Ops processes (GitHub, Jira).

Nice to Have

• Experience with other automation or low-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Mendix).
• Familiarity with containerization or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
