Senior HRIS Consultant (SAP HR) - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Consultant (SAP HR) remote to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Human Resource Information Systems, particularly with SAP HR (HCM). You will play a crucial role in optimizing HRIS, ensuring compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP HR (HCM) modules, ensuring system availability and data integrity.
• Drive end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including requirement gathering and solution design.
• Design and deliver HR dashboards and analytics using SAP reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to translate operational needs into effective system solutions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and data protection regulations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user adoption of HRIS.
• Document and standardize HRIS processes, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in HRIS, with strong SAP HR/HCM expertise.
• Proven experience in SAP HR implementations and support in complex, multi-national environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and data analytics is advantageous.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Postgraduate qualification.
• Certifications in SAP HCM/SAP HR, HR Analytics, or Project Management.
• Experience with system integrations and data governance standards.
