About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager for AI-Powered Consumer App to join our innovative team at Napster Corp. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the roadmap for the Napster App, a revolutionary platform that combines music creation with AI-driven experiences. What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for the Napster App, defining what gets built and when.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to leverage the latest technologies.
• Define success metrics and hold the team accountable for achieving them.
• Navigate user feedback and market trends to continuously improve the product.
• Design for organic growth by understanding user behavior and sharing patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on consumer mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Demonstrated fluency in AI technologies and tools, with a track record of building products that utilize AI.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and make decisions with partial information.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, WebRTC, and streaming architectures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy.

• Experience with AI-native products and a background in music technology or creator tools.
• Familiarity with monetization strategies based on usage or credits.
