Senior Product Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

This Senior Product Designer remote role offers you the chance to influence product direction and user experience significantly. What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design across one or more product domains, from discovery to production-ready specifications.
• Conduct structured discovery processes, including user interviews and prototype testing, translating insights into actionable design direction.
• Enhance key product flows focusing on measurable outcomes such as conversion, activation, retention, usability, and reduced friction.
• Create high-fidelity UI and interactions that balance craft with velocity.
• Contribute to and evolve a design system that keeps pace with product growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define effective solutions, not just execute on briefs.
• Ship iteratively and track the impact of your designs on key metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products, particularly in B2B/SaaS environments.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant end-to-end product design work, including your role and the impact of what you shipped.
• Strong interaction design skills, with the ability to simplify complexity into clear, usable flows and interfaces.
• Experience in systems thinking, designing across journeys, states, dependencies, and edge cases.
• Confidence in working end-to-end, from early discovery support through high-fidelity execution and delivery.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product and Engineering in cross-functional teams.
• Comfort in ambiguity and making thoughtful product decisions without waiting for perfect inputs.
• The ability to articulate design decisions beyond aesthetics, including trade-offs and expected outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a scaling startup environment, especially from Seed to Series B.
• Exposure to mid-market or enterprise UX.
• Strong prototyping skills and experience facilitating lightweight UX research.
• Experience contributing to or owning parts of a Design System.
