Senior Product Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Fliff is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of social sports gaming, working closely with our EU-based teams. This position requires full alignment with Central European Time (CET ±2 hours) to ensure effective collaboration with our Sofia-based team. What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of a product vertical, driving it from concept to launch while ensuring clarity, usability, and delight.
• Utilize AI-augmented workflows to enhance design efficiency and streamline production processes.
• Work autonomously across different product verticals during EU business hours, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
• Transform complex problems into seamless, intuitive user flows that enhance user experience.
• Craft visually striking, premium-quality designs that elevate the Fliff brand in every interaction.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the product.
• Lead the full design process, including customer interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, wireframing, and delivering high-fidelity UI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping customer-facing mobile products.
• Strong skills in both UX and visual design, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to own a problem end-to-end, from initial concepts to polished delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to present design decisions and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira.
• Experience building and scaling design systems that enhance product development.
• Bonus points for experience in video games or sports industries.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools in design.
