Senior Product Designer - Mobile & Web Experiences

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer remote to join our innovative team at Modus Create. With over 8-12 years of product design experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping consumer experiences across mobile and web platforms. As a Senior Product Designer remote, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and scale impactful digital products that resonate with users.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end experience and product strategy, translating ambiguous problem spaces into clear flows and interaction models.
• Define patterns and reusable components, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Design decision-heavy experiences that build trust and clarity for users.
• Deliver build-ready designs in close partnership with engineering teams.
• Shape the experience architecture and systems to establish scalable navigation and information architecture.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing to refine experiences over time.
• Collaborate deeply with engineering to ensure design fidelity and performance.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of product design experience, with a proven track record in shipping consumer experiences.
• Experience in commerce, loyalty, fintech, or similar consumer products is preferred.
• Strong systems thinker with exceptional interaction and visual design skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and self-direct major areas independently.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmap and strategy through design excellence.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern mobile tooling and design systems.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies.
• Understanding of accessibility standards in design.
