Senior Product Designer - Integrations for SaaS

About the Role

Typeform is seeking a Senior Product Designer - Integrations remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will shape how Typeform connects with essential tools that our customers rely on daily. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead product design across the Integrations ecosystem, enhancing the user experience for our integrations catalog, Connect Panel, and Alloy powered integrations. This position is pivotal in ensuring our customers can seamlessly discover, connect, and manage integrations that power their critical workflows.

What You'll Do

• Lead product design for the Integrations domain, focusing on the Apps and Integrations catalog, Connect Panel, and Alloy powered integrations.
• Design intuitive experiences that enable customers to easily discover, connect, and manage integrations.
• Drive deeper adoption and usage of integrations across the Typeform ecosystem.
• Contribute to customer retention and expansion for those relying on integrations to automate important workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to shape product direction and define the best user experience.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, simple product experiences.
• Contribute to the long-term design vision for integrations in line with our Platform and Intelligence strategy.
• Lead design work from discovery through execution, including research, prototyping, and final delivery.
• Work within and contribute to Typeform’s design system to ensure consistent product experiences.
• Present design work clearly and confidently to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital product design.
• Strong experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
• Confidence leading the full design process from discovery to delivery.
• Experience designing SaaS products, ideally tools used by marketers or growth teams.
• Ability to translate complex product problems into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating insights into design decisions.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present design thinking clearly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting your approach as priorities evolve.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful product thinking and well-crafted user experiences.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing integration-heavy products, workflow automation tools, or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as Alloy, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience mentoring other designers through design critiques or pairing sessions.
• Experience collaborating with AI or machine learning teams or designing AI-powered workflows.
• Experience working on early-stage or 0 to 1 product development.
