Senior Product Designer - AI and Emerging Technologies (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - AI and Emerging Technologies to join our innovative team at Deel. What You'll Do

• Deeply analyze customer and business problems to identify pain points and create elegant solutions.
• Rapidly prototype impactful designs that enhance user experience and product functionality.
• Strategically think about the product from a high level, connecting the dots between various components.
• Present your design work and articulate your design decisions to stakeholders effectively.
• Take full ownership of your work cycle from ideation to design, review, and feedback in the final test build.
• Collaborate closely with talented Product Managers, Product Designers, and Developers to create cohesive user experiences.
• Work holistically across multiple platforms, including the employee portal, employer portal, and admin dashboard.
• Build and update components in the design system to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a passion for design.
• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences, or using AI tools as part of your design workflow.
• A portfolio showcasing examples of work related to AI-powered features and AI-assisted workflows.
• At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong B2B experience with a solid understanding of both UX and UI principles.
• Experience working with design systems and the ability to know when to dive deep into tasks.
• Comfortable being embedded in a development team with light touch from the product manager.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
