AI-First DevOps Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We're hiring an AI-First DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team at AI Systems Lab. This fully remote position is perfect for recent graduates in India who are passionate about AI and cloud technologies. As an AI-First DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building the next generation of AI infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) from day one.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Manage containerized AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring efficient GPU scheduling.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code with an AI-assisted workflow.
• Monitor, optimize, and scale systems that serve real AI products.
• Collaborate directly with ML engineers and researchers to drive innovation.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (2024–2026 graduates welcome).
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and at least one major cloud provider.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and AI-powered monitoring.
• Exposure to ML pipelines, model serving, or GPU infrastructure is a significant advantage.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn quickly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup environment.
