About the Role

We are seeking a talented Performance-Driven Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will create compelling visual assets that drive performance in advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your designs will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' marketing efforts and achieving measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce engaging ad assets and landing pages backed by data insights to optimize digital marketing KPIs.
  • Create motion graphics and short-form videos tailored for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units, ensuring compliance with platform specifications and attention spans.
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative outputs with audience insights and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while creatively adapting to different audience segments and platforms.
  • Participate in designing and executing A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat-mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, providing regular updates and collaborating with internal and client teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance creative strategies and execution.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO.
  • At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics and short-form video production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including A/B testing, heat-mapping, and CRO analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of platform-specific creative specifications for social media advertising.
  • Interest in staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools relevant to marketing and design.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web design.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for digital content.
