Senior Product Design Manager - Monetization for AI Platform

What You'll Do

• Drive the strategy and execution of Monetization experimentation, creating compelling purchase experiences and personalized conversion moments.
• Collaborate with growth leaders in Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Research to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Own the critical purchase journeys for users, identifying drop-offs and opportunities for seamless experiences.
• Lead your team in designing tests, experiments, and iterative improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Mentor and inspire a team of product and content designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Advocate for your team's work and strategy to executives, showcasing its impact on Superhuman's business objectives.
• Explore design trends and encourage the adoption of new methods for improving workflow and output.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a design role, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
• Experience with SaaS, growth testing, and Monetization strategies.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma and Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize feedback quickly and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
