About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Network Architect to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and troubleshooting mobile data connectivity processes to ensure a seamless user experience and efficient network operations. What You'll Do

  • Analyze and optimize mobile data connectivity processes, including APN settings and IP allocation.
  • Utilize your expertise in 4G and 5G network architectures to enhance session management and packet data handling.
  • Configure and troubleshoot APN parameters across various mobile OS platforms (Android, iOS).
  • Employ network protocol analyzers like Wireshark to diagnose packet traffic issues.
  • Leverage data analysis tools to track performance metrics and identify trends in connectivity issues.
  • Document and optimize APN provisioning workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex connectivity problems proactively.
  • Communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in mobile network operations or as a technical analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of APN & process enhancements, IMS, and VoLTE/VoNR.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python for automation of data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in mobile networks or process improvement (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Experience with packet analysis and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
