Full Stack Developer - Remote Role at Nest Navigate

About the Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team at Nest Navigate. This remote role offers you the opportunity to work directly with leadership and product teams to build and improve core features of our platform, which is focused on enhancing homebuyer readiness. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be involved in both frontend and backend development, contributing to user experience, performance, and system architecture.

What You'll Do

• Build and iterate on frontend experiences using React.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js or Python.
• Improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate analytics and user behavior tracking.
• Work closely with product and design to ship features quickly.
• Contribute to architecture decisions as the platform scales.
• Help evolve current systems into a more robust backend and data infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experience building full stack applications (React + Node.js or Python).
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flow, and system design.
• Ability to ship quickly and iterate in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working with evolving architecture.
• Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features.

Nice to Have

• Experience in early-stage startups or improving on Beta tech, along with working with C-suite members.
• Familiarity with analytics, tracking, or event-based systems.
• Experience scaling or refactoring systems.
• Interest in consumer platforms, fintech, or behavioral products.
