About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute organic marketing strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
• Manage all aspects of organic marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
• Oversee the production of creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and budget constraints.
• Identify new demand generation programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in acquisition and growth marketing, preferably within a DTC consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Iterable to drive client segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and digital marketing KPIs.
• Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling both creative and technical aspects of marketing.
• Passion for health and wellness, with experience in the industry being a plus.
