What You'll Do

• Conduct complex analysis of datasets and perform data validation to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to structure analytical reports based on their requirements.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports, defining key metrics and monitoring data integrity.
• Review marketing results to enhance performance metrics such as revenue, ROI, and engagement.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions that impact business outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Marketing/Data Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience working with Performance Marketing stakeholders in user acquisition.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Understanding of marketing metrics, cohort analysis, and user segmentation.
• Experience analyzing data from major networks like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Ability to perform LTV calculations, especially in subscription models.
• Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing in user acquisition and creative testing.
• Familiarity with web attribution tools like Appsflyer and GA.
• Knowledge of Python and libraries such as Numpy and Pandas.
