About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Loads & Dynamics to join our innovative team at REGENT. This remote position is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge seaglider technology, revolutionizing regional transportation. As a key player, you will define the forces our vehicles must withstand, ensuring technical soundness and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead the Loads & Dynamics function, establishing standards and mentoring engineers.
• Define the Vehicle Loads Basis, developing a coherent set of load cases across various operating modes.
• Own dynamics and aero/hydroelastic approaches, addressing flutter risk and dynamic response.
• Establish loads validation and integration processes, ensuring simulation and structural models align.
• Enable certification through defensible methods, producing certification-ready artifacts.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, partnering with Structures and Flight Physics teams.

Requirements

• Significant experience in defining loads for complex aerospace or maritime vehicles.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience, comfortable as both a contributor and manager.
• Strong foundation in aeroelasticity and structural dynamics.
• Experience in regulated, certification-driven environments.
• Fluency in loads workflows and toolchains, including CFD-to-loads mapping.

Nice to Have

• Experience with certification bodies like FAA or EASA.
• Background in simulation and test data validation.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse teams.
