Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Business Systems - Remote to lead our go-to-market strategies and enhance our business systems. In this role, you will oversee the integration of various systems and processes to drive operational efficiency and support our revenue operations. As a key player in our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market (GTM) business systems to optimize revenue operations.
• Collaborate with product management, sales operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Utilize Salesforce, SQL, and Snowflake for data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the implementation of new technologies in the GTM space.
• Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems management, preferably in a fintech or capital markets environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, particularly HubSpot and Workday HCM.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and Gainsight.
• Experience in backend development using Python or Kotlin.
• Knowledge of operational efficiency frameworks.
