Senior Manager Consolidation & Group Financial Reporting - Remote

We are looking for a seasoned and sharp-minded Senior Manager Consolidation & Group Financial Reporting to take ownership of our consolidated financial reporting at group level. This Senior Manager Consolidation & Group Financial Reporting remote role sits at the heart of our finance function—where precision meets strategy and numbers tell the story of the business.

What You'll Do

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS (or relevant GAAP) and regulatory requirements for consolidated financial statements.
• Manage intercompany reconciliation, coordinate with regional finance teams, and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior management.
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors during group audits.
• Act as the main point of contact for transfer pricing and tax compliance reporting together with external advisors.
• Drive process optimization and automation in consolidation and group financial reporting.

Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting and/or Tax, or a related finance field.
• Several years of experience in group reporting and consolidation is a must-have; audit experience is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge in Lucanet.
• Proven experience with SmartNotes and TCR is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS (or applicable accounting standards).
• Analytical mindset paired with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions and cultures.
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and ownership.
