Senior Product Manager - EdTech Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - EdTech Remote to join our dynamic team at EDGE Tutor International. As a key player in our organization, you will help shape the future of education technology by leading product execution and discovery for our multi-product EdTech ecosystem. What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product requirements, including PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), detailed specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead product discovery and validation with internal stakeholders and end users, ensuring strong product execution.
• Manage backlog prioritization and roadmap execution cadence to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Act as the primary bridge between internal clients and the Product and Engineering team, translating business requirements into actionable product direction.
• Own end-to-end user journeys, workflows, and UX requirements, partnering closely with Product Design to produce wireframes and prototypes.
• Reduce mid-sprint requirement changes and scope creep to improve delivery predictability and execution clarity.
• Maintain product documentation, decision logs, and internal rollout references to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in online tutoring platforms or EdTech products.
• Demonstrated ownership of entire product domains and platforms, not just individual features or components.
• Strong experience leading product work in environments with incomplete data, ambiguous requirements, and evolving constraints.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• High comfort operating in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments with minimal guardrails.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing remote teams and understanding of global education markets.
• Familiarity with CRM and ATS systems.
• Proven ability to set product direction and priorities across multiple internal stakeholders.
