Senior Manager - Chain Wholesale Partnerships (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Chain Wholesale Partnerships to join our dynamic team at Agoda. This Senior Manager remote position will allow you to leverage your expertise in strategic partnerships and account management to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of strategic chain partners.

What You'll Do

  • Own revenue growth for a portfolio of strategic chain partners: Set targets and joint plans, identify the biggest levers (distribution strategy, capability adoption, performance optimization, operational scalability), and drive execution to deliver measurable impact.
  • Partner commercial & account ownership: Manage senior partner relationships and commercial governance—run quarterly business reviews (QBRs), align roadmaps and priorities, manage escalations, and negotiate initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Program leadership across teams: Oversee end-to-end program execution—align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and dependencies, and drive delivery through launch and ongoing adoption to unlock revenue.
  • Communication & stakeholder alignment: Deliver crisp, persuasive communication—provide updates, business reviews, and recommendations to partner and internal leadership; tailor narratives to secure decisions and resources.
  • Performance analytics & recommendations: Analyze data to build narratives; identify gaps and opportunities, recommending actions based on analysis.
  • Optimization & innovation: Discover and quantify scalable opportunities; prioritize the roadmap and drive experiments, automation, and process improvements that create repeatable impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, or commercial roles in a B2B setting (travel, SaaS, marketplace, etc.).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner portfolios and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL; capable of turning data into actionable decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English, comfortable engaging with senior audiences.
  • Highly structured operator: adept at managing multiple priorities and executing through ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in travel distribution, hotels, wholesale, or channel partnerships.
