Join us as an Events Food and Beverage Assistant at Watergate Bay Hotel this summer! As an Events Food and Beverage Assistant remote, you'll play a crucial role in our Summer Events programme, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist in various departments, including the Pizza Cabin and Ice Cream Cart, delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
• Support Beach Events by setting up, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, polishing cutlery, and sanitizing kitchen areas.
• Process orders and payments efficiently, ensuring a smooth operation during busy periods.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

• Energetic and proactive attitude, ready to contribute wherever needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to use your initiative.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be over 18 to sell and serve alcohol.
