What You'll Do

  • Administer global annual compensation programs, including salary increases and incentive plans.
  • Ensure data integrity in HRIS through routine audits and analysis.
  • Drive compensation survey submissions and analyze market trends to inform compensation strategies.
  • Collaborate with HRBP and Talent Acquisition to evaluate job requirements and market pricing.
  • Educate stakeholders on Hines's compensation practices and guidelines.
  • Support HR system integrations and data validation related to compensation and payroll.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to assist leaders in making informed compensation decisions.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving compensation processes and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of analytical experience in compensation or finance.
  • Proficiency in Workday, PowerBI, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships across all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with executive compensation and incentive plan modeling is preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson or similar compensation software.
  • Workday experience is a plus.
