Senior Compensation Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role
Join Hines as a Senior Compensation Analyst and embark on a rewarding career journey in a remote capacity. In this role, you will support over 4,500 employees worldwide, applying your expertise in compensation analysis to enhance our compensation programs.
What You'll Do
- Administer global annual compensation programs, including salary increases and incentive plans.
- Ensure data integrity in HRIS through routine audits and analysis.
- Drive compensation survey submissions and analyze market trends to inform compensation strategies.
- Collaborate with HRBP and Talent Acquisition to evaluate job requirements and market pricing.
- Educate stakeholders on Hines's compensation practices and guidelines.
- Support HR system integrations and data validation related to compensation and payroll.
- Conduct ongoing analysis to assist leaders in making informed compensation decisions.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving compensation processes and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of analytical experience in compensation or finance.
- Proficiency in Workday, PowerBI, and advanced Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships across all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with executive compensation and incentive plan modeling is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Willis Towers Watson or similar compensation software.
- Workday experience is a plus.
