About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team at Constructor. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will focus on enhancing our ranking systems to optimize key business metrics such as revenue and conversion rates.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop ML-based ranking solutions to improve search engine ranking systems, driving enhancements in conversion, engagement, and user satisfaction.
• Analyze ranking performance and identify gaps in search, browse, and autocomplete experiences, focusing on relevance, personalization, and other quality signals.
• Proactively propose new machine learning models and algorithms to advance the ranking pipeline and meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update ranking functionalities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure solutions can be deployed in real-time environments, efficiently handling high-throughput requests while maintaining low-latency performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on ranking systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Spark and Databricks.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques, particularly in ranking and personalization.
• Familiarity with data processing pipelines and tools for ML model training and delivery.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve ranking quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and data warehousing solutions.
• Knowledge of RESTful services and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance metrics.
