HR Professional - Operational HR Team (Remote)
About the Role
We are currently seeking an HR Professional - Operational HR Team to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is a fixed-term opportunity for 4 months aimed at enhancing service delivery within the NHS Ayrshire & Arran. As an HR Professional, you will provide comprehensive operational HR services to managers and staff, addressing a full range of HR issues including employee relations, HR policies, and employment legislation.
What You'll Do
- Support the provision of guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
- Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Work autonomously to develop and implement modern employment processes within the organization.
- Participate in the HR Connect Helpdesk and manage inquiries effectively.
- Assist in developing and facilitating training sessions on HR policies for staff and managers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an operational HR role, preferably within the NHS or a similar large organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and manage complex HR situations effectively.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in HR.
- Possession of or working towards CIPD membership.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- Knowledge of current HR trends and best practices.
- Experience in training and development within HR contexts.
