Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee and manage major warehouse/logistics infrastructure initiatives. This Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager remote role will focus on implementing new warehouse IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption during migrations, and aligning operational resilience requirements.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end planning for infrastructure initiatives, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget management.
• Establish project governance and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage delivery from design through to operational handover across various workstreams including network, security, and systems integration.
• Ensure infrastructure supports warehouse operations, including WMS connectivity and IoT/industrial connectivity.
• Coordinate vendor management and procurement activities, tracking costs and forecasts effectively.
• Drive testing and validation to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and policies.
• Review monthly performance through KPI dashboards, focusing on schedule adherence, budget control, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure project management experience.
• At least 5 years managing infrastructure projects in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure including LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, security controls, and systems integration.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• ITIL certification or strong IT service management understanding.
• Experience with warehouse technologies such as RFID and IoT sensors.
