Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, urban planning, engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • At least eight years of progressive experience in land planning and development.
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
  • Technical proficiency in AutoCAD (required) and Civil 3D (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and represent the firm professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Experience in business development within the landscape architecture field.
  • Familiarity with zoning, subdivision, and environmental regulations.
  • Previous experience in project management.
