Senior IT Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity

What You'll Do

• Take full responsibility for the entire life cycle of IT services, from development to operations.
• Plan, manage, and control the provision of IT services for both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Product Owner to ensure seamless support and continuous improvement of IT services.
• Oversee the governance, strategy, and compliance of IT service delivery.
• Coordinate with IT vendor management and the IT product owner on evaluation, selection, and SLA creation for partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of IT services by managing project timelines and resource allocation.
• Facilitate the handover from development to operations, ensuring comprehensive documentation for knowledge management.
• Monitor service quality metrics and establish service quality reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in service delivery management.
• Certification in a relevant IT service management framework (e.g., ITIL, Cobit).
• Fluent business English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills to engage with business partners and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a team environment.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
