Senior IT Advisor - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Advisor to join our team remotely, contributing to a more efficient, secure, and future-oriented IT environment within a Nordic organization. As a Senior IT Advisor, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring effective system management and governance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and structure system management processes and documentation.
• Ensure information security, compliance, and governance across IT systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee operations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Contribute to digital transformation and improvement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners.
• Engage in operational tasks including support, troubleshooting, and incident management.

Requirements

• Relevant IT education or equivalent experience.
• Several years of experience in system management, digitalization, IT projects, or IT operations.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in information security, data protection, and governance.
• Proficient in documenting processes and working in a structured manner.
• Experience in vendor management.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in ITIL, DevOps, or experience in the public sector.
