About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HRIS System Administrator to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior HRIS System Administrator, you will lead and support a full Dayforce HCM environment, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization across our multi-site organization. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Dayforce HCM, managing all applicable modules.
  • Maintain data accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
  • Configure workflows, pay rules, security settings, and schedules to optimize system performance.
  • Support payroll processing and resolve any related issues efficiently.
  • Manage system updates, testing, and comprehensive documentation to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build and maintain HR and payroll reporting dashboards to provide insights into organizational metrics.
  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment processes, and integrations with IT vendors.
  • Train users on the system and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Dayforce or Ceridian HCM administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll, and time/attendance systems.
  • Experience working in multi-state environments and reporting is preferred.
  • Dayforce certification or implementation experience is a plus.
