Project Planner for Construction Logistics - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Planner for Construction Logistics to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing planning projects across various phases according to AHO guidelines, developing logistics concepts, and optimizing construction processes. This position offers you the chance to work with leading construction companies in Germany, contributing to significant large-scale projects.

What You'll Do

• Handle planning projects in phases 1 to 8 according to AHO guidelines.
• Develop construction logistics concepts, including site setup for containers, cranes, and elevators.
• Create logistical phase plans and timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead workshops and presentations, coordinating planning efforts with all stakeholders and authorities.
• Contribute to the preparation of LV positions for site setup and logistics.
• Optimize logistics-related construction processes using Lean Construction principles.
• Utilize CAD software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD for planning and design.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in construction logistics planning.
• Technical affinity and proficiency in CAD applications.
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
• A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Lean Construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Knowledge of German construction regulations.
