What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee the floor and counter service, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences during your shift.
• Provide unparalleled hospitality, being the first point of contact for customers and creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
• Work alongside the management team to mentor and support your team, providing guidance, training, and encouragement to deliver WatchHouse standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail across the House.
• Be a fountain of knowledge for the team regarding WatchHouse products and standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervisory roles within a restaurant or large coffee shop setting.
• A passion for hospitality and a desire to deliver memorable experiences to every guest.
• Ability to handle the dynamic nature of the role, transitioning between floor and counter service as needed.
• A friendly demeanor and expertise in WatchHouse coffee and food offerings.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in your team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with coffee brewing techniques and knowledge of specialty coffee.
• Previous training or certifications in hospitality or customer service.
