Senior Business Analyst - Cloud Certified Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Cloud Certified) remote to join our team at Largeton Group. This role is critical in driving business analysis, requirements gathering, and digital transformation initiatives across cloud-based platforms. You will leverage your extensive experience to translate business needs into technical requirements and support cloud implementation projects.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements as a Senior Business Analyst remote.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and cloud architects to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support cloud implementation and migration initiatives, focusing on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping to drive project success.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and sprint ceremonies to ensure alignment.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation to ensure quality deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices within the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on cloud-based projects.
• Active Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is mandatory.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, BRD, FRD, and user stories.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and documentation.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital transformation or cloud migration projects.
• Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI).
• Familiarity with API integrations and microservices architecture.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Certification in CBAP / PMI-PBA is a plus.
