About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Intern - Process, Methods & Tools (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Thales. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects in the Aerospace & Defense sector, contributing to a safer and more inclusive world.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the management and deployment of Process, Methods & Tools (PMT) within the department.
- Participate in structuring and consolidating practices in an evolving organization.
- Harmonize operational modes between teams and departmental interfaces.
- Formalize, update, and disseminate processes, methods, and references necessary for smooth operations.
- Identify improvement needs, propose concrete actions, and support their implementation.
- Assist Heads of Departments (HoD) in financial management by proposing and deploying suitable tools.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree at an engineering school focused on complex systems or industrial transformation.
- Proficient in office and collaborative tools.
- Knowledge in project management.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Polarion, or equivalents.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches and their implementation in complex engineering environments.
- Strong curiosity, teamwork spirit, and ability to work autonomously and rigorously.
Nice to Have
- Previous internship experience in a related field.
- Understanding of aerospace or defense industry standards.
- Basic knowledge of financial tools and metrics.
