Join Blossom as a Mid Full-Stack Developer in a fully remote role! As a Mid Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building the next-generation technology layer for credit unions, contributing to product delivery through clean code and efficient execution across both frontend and backend systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Build and optimize scalable and maintainable features aligned with product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work with RESTful APIs and manage system integrations.
• Interact with MySQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both production and development environments.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements and support tasks in existing products.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (mid-level or higher).
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid backend experience with Node.js.
• Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and Git for version control.
• Knowledge of modern development workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools and innovation-driven environments.
• Previous experience in FinTech or related industries.
