Senior GTM Recruiter - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Sanity. In this remote position, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Go-to-Market teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring exceptional candidates who align with our company values and contribute to our growth objectives. This role allows you to manage the end-to-end hiring process for mid- to leadership-level roles across North America and Europe.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, along with roles in other departments such as Engineering, Product, and G&A.
- Act as a talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers to develop, prioritize, and deliver on comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies.
- Strategically source, engage, nurture, and qualify a diverse pool of candidates from various channels to meet strategic hiring goals.
- Use and interpret data to solve challenges and identify solutions, adapting to changing circumstances.
- Deliver a best-in-class interview and offer experience by communicating timely updates, setting expectations, providing feedback, and operating with a customer-centric mindset.
- Tell the Sanity story to candidates while acting as a brand ambassador on relevant social media channels.
- Maintain operational excellence, bring recruiting best practices to the team, and help continuously improve the hiring process at Sanity.
- Stay aware of recruiting and talent trends within the industry and leverage these trends to shape the recruiting team’s work.
- Manage recruiting efforts autonomously while following established recruiting processes and operating with a team-first mentality.
Requirements
- Based in Europe (London preferred).
- At least 8 years of recruiting experience; at least 5 years in a scaling startup environment.
- Demonstrated success as a GTM recruiter, with additional experience hiring across other departments (such as Engineering, Product, and G&A).
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
- Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes.
- Experience working on a globally distributed team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in recruiting operations, including building recruiting processes and playbooks.
- Experience with Ashby (preferred) or similar recruiting platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with advanced recruiting metrics and analytics.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
- Knowledge of the tech industry and its hiring trends.
