About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on strategic growth within the luxury travel industry, offering a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus performance-based bonuses. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager remote, you will work independently to understand client lifetime value and shape long-term growth strategies without the need for team management or hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of client behavior and booking patterns to enhance long-term value.
• Identify and shape growth initiatives that improve acquisition efficiency and customer lifetime value.
• Provide clear performance insights and commercial analysis to senior leadership.
• Support segmentation and positioning decisions in collaboration with sales and product teams.
• Guide the evolution of paid media strategies without direct execution.
• Align brand and digital experiences with growth priorities across the customer journey.
• Champion long-term thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a growth-focused, commercially minded senior role.
• Strong commercial mindset with practical experience using metrics like CAC and LTV.
• Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders to influence direction.
• Confident operating autonomously as a senior individual contributor.
• Analytical and curious, with the ability to challenge assumptions using data.
