About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. This Senior Graphic Designer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on user-centered design solutions for impactful print and digital projects in the pharmaceutical industry. You will collaborate with a diverse team to create visually engaging designs that prioritize patient and healthcare professional experiences.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, focusing on healthcare design and user needs.
• Create visually appealing designs for healthcare-related materials, including visual identity, print collaterals, packaging, digital experiences, and brand design.
• Play an active role in brainstorming and conceptualizing design ideas.
• Design and lead design workshops, articulating and presenting visual design concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of projects, managing timelines and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns, making critical design decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools and technologies.

Requirements

• BA or Master’s Degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in graphic design, showcasing expertise in layout, typography, branding, and packaging.
• Thorough knowledge of print processes and hands-on experience with artworking.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
• Strong visual design concepts and the ability to articulate ideas effectively to stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong time management skills.
