About the Role

Join Ruby Labs as a Senior Graphic and Motion Designer in a fully remote capacity. This role is crucial for our performance marketing team, where you will create compelling 2D graphics and motion content that drives our advertising campaigns. What You'll Do

• Create engaging 2D banner and motion ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Stay updated with the latest trends on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring your designs resonate with current audience preferences.
• Utilize AI tools to generate images and enhance your creative output.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and propose new ideas during creative meetings.
• Deliver high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic and Motion Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong skills in both static graphics and motion design, with a solid understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Ability to create dynamic video content with a keen sense of timing and animation dynamics.
• Experience with AI image generators and the ability to formulate effective prompts.
• Fluent in English (B2 level) with a strong portfolio showcasing your 2D banners and motion works.
