What You'll Do

• Conduct code quality assessments by reviewing AI-generated full stack code for production readiness.
• Evaluate maintainability, scalability, and adherence to real-world engineering standards.
• Rank solutions across multiple programming languages to ensure optimal performance.
• Create and answer questions on software engineering best practices to enhance team knowledge.
• Document debugging strategies and version control workflows for future reference.
• Provide expert feedback on collaborative coding practices to improve team efficiency.
• Analyze code quality across full stack development scenarios to identify areas for improvement.
• Generate training data for advanced coding AI capabilities, contributing to the evolution of our AI models.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proficiency in at least 2 programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, or C++.
• Experience in building and shipping production software is required.
• Strong knowledge of Git, including branching, merging, and collaboration.
• Excellent technical communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience in backend engineering and server-side scaling.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using PyTest, JUnit, or Mocha frameworks.
• Experience in technical specification and API contract authoring.
• Ability to conduct code reviews, complex debugging, and analysis of large codebases.
• Startup founding or early employee experience is a plus.
