Senior Financial Reporting Architect - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Financial Reporting Architect to join our Finance Operations team at Anduril Industries. This Senior Financial Reporting Architect remote position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle EPM reporting tools to drive strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Operations and Accounting, to create and support reporting for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Support Finance team’s reporting requirements utilizing tools like Oracle Narrative Reporting, EPM In-Built Financial Reporting Studio, Workiva, Power BI, and SmartView.
• Design and build effective ETL processes integrating data from multiple source systems into EPM Platforms for enhanced financial reporting capabilities.
• Support day-to-day maintenance of different reporting hierarchies and data models within the Oracle EPM platform.
• Automate manual data loads using Data Management and EPM Automate tools.
• Develop analytics and automations to drive insights into business trends and performance.
• Standardize end-user training, create and maintain documentation on EPM Reporting.
• Integrate EPM Data Models with Workiva Platform to support management reporting requirements.
• Build and support dashboard reporting capabilities using EPM hierarchies and modeling.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years working with Oracle EPM suite of products.
• Experience with ETL design and development of integrations for Oracle EPM solutions using FDMEE and EPM Automate.
• Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle database management and ability to write SQL queries.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and Power BI Reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas both verbally and in writing.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (i.e., Anaplan, NetSuite, Oracle, Foundry).
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with EDMCS is a plus.
• Experience with HFM or FCCS is a plus.
