About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Executive Advisor - AI Security Strategy to join our growing team at Anthropic. In this remote role, you will leverage your extensive experience in cybersecurity to guide enterprise customers through the secure adoption of AI systems. This position is not just about internal operations; it’s a strategic role that involves engaging with industry leaders and shaping the future of AI security.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs on AI security strategy and risk governance.
• Participate in executive briefings and customer advisory boards to align AI adoption with security frameworks.
• Represent Anthropic at industry conferences and regulatory forums, contributing to whitepapers and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer security needs are met and inform product strategy.
• Guide customers in developing AI security policies and incident response plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on AI security.
• Prior experience as a CISO or senior security executive in a complex enterprise environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present to Boards and C-suites.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security architecture and risk management.
• Intellectual curiosity about AI and its security challenges.

• Experience with cloud security frameworks.
• Prior involvement in regulatory discussions related to AI.
• Published works on cybersecurity trends and AI.
