Senior IT Operations Specialist - Remote Role at Ancient Gaming

At Ancient Gaming, we are seeking a Senior IT Operations Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team. As a key player in our organization, you will help us lead the iGaming revolution, ensuring our internal IT systems are efficient, secure, and user-friendly. What You'll Do

• Manage internal IT operations including user accounts, devices, collaboration tools, VPN, and core services.
• Automate onboarding, role changes, and off-boarding processes for speed and consistency.
• Implement and maintain identity and access management systems, including SSO, roles, groups, permissions, and audits.
• Investigate and resolve complex IT issues, transforming recurring problems into automated solutions.
• Define and enforce standards for endpoints, tools, and internal workflows to enhance productivity.
• Support TechOps on cloud, DevOps, and security-related tasks intersecting with internal IT.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Strong experience in internal IT operations and identity and access management (IAM).
• Knowledge of security best practices for access, endpoints, and internal systems.
• Familiarity with cloud IAM concepts (AWS, GCP, Azure) and automation workflows.
• Clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience using cloud services.
• Device management/MDM expertise.
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) experience.
• Experience with automation and programming languages like Bash, Python, Node.js, and Go.
• Knowledge of VPNs, access, and authorization/security best practices.
