Senior Website Designer - Remote Role for Global Studio

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Website Designer to join our remote team at Shil Studio. As a Senior Website Designer remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping the look and feel of our client websites. You will be responsible for creating professional, well-structured website designs using Figma that are ready for development. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in working independently and managing multiple projects while delivering high-quality work consistently.

What You'll Do

• Translate client briefs into clear website concepts and structures.
• Conduct discovery and research to understand client goals and user needs.
• Create site structures and wireframes to define layout and content hierarchy.
• Design high-quality, modern website interfaces in Figma.
• Build clean, organized Figma files ready for development handoff.
• Create and maintain design systems, components, and auto layout structures.
• Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across devices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs translate smoothly into production.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing professional websites.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern website design work.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Able to work within Jakarta / Perth timezones.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing websites that will be built in Webflow.
• Understanding of CMS-driven website structures.
• Experience designing for conversion-focused websites.
