Senior C++ Developer - Financial Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior C++ Developer remote to join our global investment technology team based in Prague. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building complex, high-performance systems and wants to contribute to platforms that support trading, risk management, and analytics across international markets.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading and risk systems.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement new features and platform enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay up to date with technology trends and industry best practices to drive innovation.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, compliance, and IT teams to resolve issues and deliver robust solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent C++ programming skills.
• Experience with large code databases.
• Ability to deliver high-quality code, including when working with large legacy systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple development teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in a shared codebase within a multi-developer environment.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of additional languages — Python is especially welcome.
• Willingness to build expertise in financial products.
• Strengths in areas such as risk & controls, change & transformation, strategic thinking, and digital/technology skills.
