Senior Digital Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join our dynamic team at Amply. This remote position offers you the chance to work with a variety of B2B SaaS, healthcare, and fintech clients, creating impactful digital experiences. As a Senior Digital Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic design deliverables that include presentations, marketing collateral, and social media assets.

What You'll Do

• Design presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, and marketing collateral for B2B clients.
• Create social media graphics, templates, and visual content across platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand assets, visual systems, and style guides.
• Work within existing design systems while finding opportunities to elevate and refine them.
• Execute across a variety of deliverables—from email templates and event materials to infographics and case study layouts.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead and project managers to manage priorities across multiple retainer accounts.
• Present your work directly to clients and articulate your design decisions.
• Contribute to internal design critiques, knowledge sharing, and team development.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design range—presentations, brand collateral, social assets, and marketing materials.
• Expert-level Figma skills.
• Fluent English—you’ll be on client calls and presenting your work regularly.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts and manage your own time.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven agency work.
• Ability to work within EST Time Zone.

Nice to Have

• Agency experience, particularly with B2B SaaS, healthcare, or fintech clients.
• Motion design skills (Lottie, After Effects, Jitter).
• Illustration or iconography capabilities.
• Understanding of web design principles and responsive layouts.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney, Krea, Flora).
• Familiarity with Webflow.
